Eligibility
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Certain items may be non-returnable (see below).

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).
If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement item once the return has been processed.
