Q-Wiz Original is a simple, reusable cue shaft conditioner designed to clean and burnish your shaft whenever it starts to feel rough, grippy or sticky.

Its unique double-sided design gives you two levels of cue care in one lightweight disc. Use the cleaning side to remove the build-up of chalk, dirt and oils from the shaft, then use the finer burnishing side to refine the finish and restore that smooth feel through your bridge hand.

There are no liquids, sprays or chemicals to apply to your cue. Q-Wiz can be kept in your cue case and used whenever you need it – at home, during practice or between matches.

Both sides are slightly abrasive, with the burnishing side being finer than the cleaning side. When used as directed, the effect on the diameter of your cue shaft is negligible, making Q-Wiz suitable for regular cue maintenance.

When it gets dirty, simply wash your Q-Wiz with water, allow it to dry and use it again.

Using the Q-Wiz is simple, quick, and safe for your cue:

1. Clean – Long, light strokes with the green side to gently remove chalk build-up, dust, and body oils from your cue shaft.
2. Polish – Flip to the smooth logo side and run it up and down the shaft with long, light strokes. This restores that silky-smooth finish.
3. Wipe Down – After polishing, wipe your cue shaft with a soft cloth to remove any residue.
4. Repeat Anytime – Use the Q-Wiz as often as you like — it won’t damage your cue or reduce its diameter.
5. Wash & Reuse – When your Q-Wiz gets dirty, simply rinse it under the sink, let it dry, and it’s ready to go again.
